Job Summary
Owning mid-market and commercial customer relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive product adoption, manage renewals and expansions, and build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, all while working remotely within the USA EST/CST timezone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring high retention rates
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations, accurately forecasting to meet revenue retention targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product value
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager, preferably in security or compliance-sensitive environments
- Proven ability to navigate commercial negotiations and drive timely renewals
- Experience engaging with CISOs and IT leaders, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA
- Technical proficiency with SaaS integrations, APIs, and modern customer success tools
