Job Summary
Managing long-tail customer accounts, the remote Customer Success Manager will ensure a smooth messaging compliance experience, support customers with technical inquiries, and identify expansion opportunities while leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Track metrics related to community customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify and resolve issues while coordinating with internal teams for effective solutions
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to help customers achieve their messaging objectives
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience with a highly technical product or project management experience in a technical setting
- Genuine technical curiosity and comfort with troubleshooting technical issues independently
- Experience using AI tools for customer success workflows and data analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent project management abilities and effective communication skills
