Job Summary

Focused on driving customer success, the remote Customer Success Manager III will manage complex accounts, ensuring clients realize the value of the IoT platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive business transformation by leading strategic customer engagements and architecting action plans to enhance operational workflows
  • Conduct product consultation workshops and value check-ins, providing recommendations to maximize customer utilization of the Samsara platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps and support mission-critical customer initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in a technical customer success, account management, or related role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products and a proven track record of building trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment while managing priorities effectively
