Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the full-time, remote Lifecycle Services team, responsible for overseeing the adoption lifecycle of Cisco software solutions, enhancing product awareness, and identifying expansion opportunities for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete adoption lifecycle and develop adoption success plans for clients
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify adoption barriers and create mitigation strategies
- Deliver insights on customer success metrics and conduct Quarterly Success Reviews
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a consultative customer-facing role
- Proven strategic thinker with strong account management skills
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably with Cisco software solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
