Job Summary

As a key member of the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will deliver end-to-end renewal execution, negotiate commercial terms, and drive incremental revenue while collaborating closely with Business Unit leads and the sales team.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead renewal execution and negotiations to ensure customer retention and achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor and encourage references
  • Develop specific account plans to drive demand generation and manage pipeline effectively
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role focused on public sector renewals
  • Experience in sales operations and contract negotiation is a plus
  • Proven track record in business application software and service sales
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions in a competitive market
