Job Summary
As a key member of the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will deliver end-to-end renewal execution, negotiate commercial terms, and drive incremental revenue while collaborating closely with Business Unit leads and the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead renewal execution and negotiations to ensure customer retention and achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor and encourage references
- Develop specific account plans to drive demand generation and manage pipeline effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role focused on public sector renewals
- Experience in sales operations and contract negotiation is a plus
- Proven track record in business application software and service sales
- Demonstrated success with large transactions in a competitive market
