Job Summary
Acting as the voice of the customer in a remote contract role, the Customer Success Manager will guide clients through onboarding, provide technical support, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful adoption of the mobile CI/CD platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues
- Act as the voice of the customer by communicating feedback and requirements to the product team
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in mobile app development, mobile DevOps, technical customer support, or a similar technical role
- At least B1 level English proficiency for effective communication with diverse customers
- Solid understanding of Android and/or iOS ecosystems, including development and distribution processes
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Ruby
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices
