Job Summary

As a key member of the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will lead renewal execution, negotiate commercial terms, and drive incremental revenue while fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead designated territory to ensure customer retention and achieve annual revenue growth targets through effective renewal negotiations
  • Connect regularly with customers to establish trust and encourage them to become Neumo references
  • Develop and implement account plans that drive demand generation and pipeline management strategies
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager role focused on public sector renewals
  • Experience in sales operations and contract negotiation is a plus
  • Proven track record in business application software and service sales across various industries
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns
