Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized dealership accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager II will drive customer retention, engagement, and growth through proactive account management and data-driven recommendations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage regularly with SMB dealership accounts through scheduled outreach and business reviews
- Analyze account performance and provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable business recommendations
