Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end success of government accounts, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, retention, and expansion while partnering closely with customers to ensure their needs align with product capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to support customer needs and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Proactively manage renewals and negotiate expansion opportunities to meet retention and growth targets
  • Provide ongoing training and support during the adoption phase to maximize customer success and translate technical concepts into practical value
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS startup
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive renewals while identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong focus on achieving customer outcomes and building long-term partnerships
  • Experience with stakeholder mapping and navigating multiple decision-makers within accounts
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack
