Job Summary
Joining the Broker Success team, the remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage customer engagement, drive product adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure value realization for key and mid-market broker customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop customer engagement plans and identify gaps in product usage to drive adoption
- Provide training and support to customers, effectively communicating the value of DAT's product suite
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and align solutions accordingly
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
