Job Summary
To enhance client satisfaction and retention, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships and ensure successful product adoption in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive product usage and satisfaction
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation of services
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
