Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction and retention, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships and ensure successful product adoption in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive product usage and satisfaction
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation of services
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
