Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewals while driving measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, facilitating onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, ensuring alignment on goals and measurable outcomes
- Proactively monitor customer health and product usage, identifying risks and managing escalations effectively
Required qualifications
- Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers with a focus on renewals and expansion
- Ability to translate product usage into measurable business outcomes and ROI narratives
- Technical fluency in engaging with IT and engineering stakeholders on relevant topics
- Strong operational skills to manage competing priorities and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences
