Job Summary

Driving the adoption and success of advisor-facing marketing technology platforms, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary relationship and enablement resource for advisors, delivering training, support, and insights to enhance platform utilization and value.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage advisor relationships to drive platform confidence, adoption, and loyalty through regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Own the end-to-end adoption journey for marketing technology platforms by developing onboarding materials and delivering tailored training sessions
  • Track and report on platform adoption metrics, using data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted support and improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, digital marketing, information systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Proven ability to deliver training and user education for non-technical users
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple advisor relationships and initiatives
