Job Summary
Acting as the main point of contact for existing customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on post-sale relationships, upselling, service performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Integrated Account Team to drive revenue growth and retention from existing customers
- Proactively manage the renewal process and convert customers to term subscriptions
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer onboarding and engagement with Megaport's products and services
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
- 3+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions in enterprise environments
- Proven track record of delivering revenue results in a consultative-based selling approach
