Job Summary
Driving product adoption and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal while serving as their primary point of contact and internal advocate.
Key responsibilities
- Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing product adoption
- Identify opportunities for account growth and facilitate customer engagement with platform features
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience and retention rates
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, customer service, or sales support
- Proven ability to improve customer outcomes and build lasting relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Comfort with CRM and web-based tools, along with a working knowledge of modern software platforms
- Self-directed and proactive, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
