Job Summary

Owning the relationships of a diverse customer portfolio, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive customer success, enhance product adoption, and manage renewals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, driving their success and prioritizing impactful efforts
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and customer environments to articulate value and drive business outcomes
  • Identify trends and opportunities, creating scalable playbooks to enhance customer experiences and retention
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships in a technical software environment
  • Experience carrying a quota and owning a book of business
  • Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success platforms
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technical tools and customer environments
