Job Summary
Driving customer success as a primary post-sales contact, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will lead customer engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption while collaborating with internal teams to ensure value realization and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business success planning by aligning with customers and internal teams on requirements and goals
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and collaborating across various internal departments
- Manage issue resolution by working closely with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management
- Relevant domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, or regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer portfolios and make strategic decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building new processes or practices
