Job Summary

Serving as a strategic business partner for a select portfolio of major financial services customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive outcomes, build executive relationships, and ensure customers realize measurable value from the company's offerings.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, aligning Chainguard's value with customer business objectives and regulatory environments
  • Lead customer onboarding and success planning, coordinating business-focused elements and ensuring alignment between business and technical workstreams
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions while identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating renewal risks
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services or related fields
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner, understanding customer goals and navigating organizational complexity
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory and compliance drivers such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS
  • Working knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, or application security
  • Strong executive presence and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to make independent decisions regarding account strategy
