Job Summary
To support agency partners in maximizing the value of an AI search visibility platform, the full-time Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact, translating platform data into strategic recommendations and guiding clients through their education and adoption journeys in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term strategic partnerships with agency partners
- Translate platform data into tailored strategic recommendations to drive measurable improvements in visibility and optimization
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and assist clients in positioning and selling the platform to their own clients
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment
- Strong understanding of agency operations, including client servicing models and how agencies pitch new technology
- Experience in early-stage startups or SaaS environments, with a focus on defining customer success strategies
- Ability to communicate technical insights into persuasive action plans for clients
- Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration across product, sales, and marketing teams
