Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager, Agency, who will serve as the primary contact for agency partners in a hybrid work environment, ensuring they maximize the value of an AI search visibility platform through education, strategic recommendations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for agency partners, delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strategic partnerships
- Translate platform data into tailored strategic recommendations to drive improvements in visibility and optimization
- Guide clients through education and adoption journeys, ensuring high engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years in customer success or account management, preferably with agency experience
- Understanding of agency operations, including client servicing models and technology evaluation
- Experience in early-stage startups or SaaS environments, contributing to customer success strategies
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into strategic action plans
- Collaborative mindset, effectively working across product, sales, and marketing teams
