Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of funded US customers, the remote Customer Success Manager will ensure account health, manage renewals and upsells, and act as the primary point of contact for post-funding customer issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee post-funding onboarding and ensure customers understand their repayment schedule and support channels
  • Monitor account health and proactively engage with customers showing signs of needing assistance
  • Manage renewals and upsells, coordinating with relevant teams to facilitate top-ups and refinancing options
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial closing roles in B2B fintech, financial services, or e-commerce
  • Proficient in using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of commercial and financial concepts
  • Genuine interest in the high-growth e-commerce and fintech ecosystem
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively
