Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of funded US customers, the remote Customer Success Manager will ensure account health, manage renewals and upsells, and act as the primary point of contact for post-funding customer issues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee post-funding onboarding and ensure customers understand their repayment schedule and support channels
- Monitor account health and proactively engage with customers showing signs of needing assistance
- Manage renewals and upsells, coordinating with relevant teams to facilitate top-ups and refinancing options
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial closing roles in B2B fintech, financial services, or e-commerce
- Proficient in using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of commercial and financial concepts
- Genuine interest in the high-growth e-commerce and fintech ecosystem
- Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively
