Job Summary
As the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will lead customer engagements through onboarding, implementation, and adoption while collaborating with internal teams to drive outcomes and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business success planning by aligning with customers and internal teams on requirements and goals
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs within the organization
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management
- Relevant domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, or regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to take ownership of customer portfolios and drive effective outcomes autonomously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building new processes to enhance customer service
