Job Summary
Focused on programmatic advertising and revenue enablement, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage post-sale experiences, support campaign execution, and drive client retention and expansion through effective communication and technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Improve client retention by enhancing post-sale experiences from campaign kickoff through reporting and renewal
- Document campaign goals and support Sales-to-Ad Ops handoffs to ensure clear communication of client needs
- Assist clients with technical and measurement-related inquiries, including attribution and campaign performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or related roles in paid digital advertising
- Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, and campaign measurement
- Experience with adtech platforms or digital media companies is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Excel and reporting, with the ability to analyze campaign data effectively
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and clients
