Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 450 key accounts, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive customer retention and product adoption by building strong relationships, conducting business reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build consultative relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and adoption of the platform
  • Conduct daily customer calls and manage a high-volume SaaS book of business focused on strategic accounts
  • Track customer health, identify risks, and implement tailored success plans to drive accountability and optimize workflows
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role within high-velocity SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, commerce, or retail customers
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a diverse customer portfolio in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data fluency with experience analyzing usage patterns and business impact
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
