Job Summary
To enhance client satisfaction and retention, the full-time salaried Customer Success Manager will focus on managing client relationships, onboarding new customers, and driving product adoption in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers and provide ongoing training and support
- Analyze client feedback and usage data to drive product adoption and improvements
Required qualifications
