Job Summary

To ensure long-term success and satisfaction of high-value clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will nurture relationships, drive adoption and retention of SAAS products, and implement customer success strategies while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Create and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with client goals and track key metrics for success
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and addressing any concerns proactively
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a SAAS company
  • Deep understanding of SAAS products with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset to analyze data and derive actionable insights for customer success
