Job Summary
As a remote Customer Success Manager in Germany, the full-time role will manage post-sale customer relationships, drive engagement and value realization for the Jamf platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support long-term retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned accounts, providing expert advice on Apple device management and security
- Lead strategic account reviews and planning sessions to align with customer goals and drive adoption of Jamf solutions
- Facilitate the renewal process for customer accounts, including forecasting, negotiating, and identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- HS Diploma / GED Degree
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with complex needs
- Familiarity with Apple ecosystems (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) and enterprise IT workflows
- Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle, renewals, and customer health metrics
