Job Summary
Focused on onboarding and relationship management, the full-time Customer Success Manager will own and grow customer relationships for ecommerce brands remotely, guiding them from kickoff through successful launches and long-term adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Guide new customers through onboarding, implementation, and launch processes
- Build trusted relationships with customers and maintain clear communication throughout all stages
- Track customer health, adoption, feedback, and identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success, account management, ecommerce, SaaS, or agency-side client work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
- Comfort working remotely with distributed teams and customers
- Curiosity about ecommerce, AI, creative workflows, and website improvement strategies
- A practical, ownership-minded approach to solving customer problems
