Job Summary
Driving customer success in a full-time remote capacity, the Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of mid-market and SMB clients, focusing on strategic account management, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance platform adoption and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategic success plan for customers, promoting product adoption and revenue growth
- Implement scalable onboarding processes and track performance metrics throughout the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in B2B SaaS
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Proactive mindset with a track record of anticipating customer needs and mitigating risks
- Passion for technology and cybersecurity, with experience in developer tools or security solutions being a plus
