Job Summary
Leading a team of client-facing product experts, the remote Manager, Customer Success will develop and inspire approximately 10 Customer Success Managers to maximize customer value through strategic engagements and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-impact team to excel in pre- and post-sales engagements
- Drive client value through persona-specific, data-driven engagements from product demos to adoption campaigns
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize accounts and ensure effective resource allocation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a client-facing SaaS role, such as Customer Success or Sales Engineering
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of financial services workflows, with expertise in investment banking or private equity preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills tailored to senior stakeholders
- Data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
