Job Summary
To support a growing team, the Customer Success Manager for Small & Mid-Market will engage with a high volume of EdTech or SaaS customers remotely, focusing on onboarding, retention, and expansion across 200-400 accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 200-400 accounts using digital engagement models
- Build and optimize scalable workflows for customer onboarding, renewal, and expansion
- Utilize tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce to enhance customer success efforts
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer success or customer-facing SaaS role, preferably in EdTech
- Proven track record of managing a high volume of accounts
- Familiarity with customer marketing platforms and automation tools
- Knowledge of K-12 school cycles and priorities is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and proactive communication abilities
