Job Summary
To support the growth of Carla AI, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will own customer onboarding, drive retention, and identify expansion opportunities while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful configuration and training on the Carla AI platform
- Monitor customer health metrics and maintain ongoing relationships to drive retention and address any issues proactively
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to share customer feedback and insights
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to onboard and retain customers while driving product adoption
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
