Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Success Manager will engage with customers to optimize their experience with DeleteMe's product offerings, focusing on account management, customer retention, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers nearing renewal to ensure a successful renewal process and reduce churn
- Maintain Salesforce records for data cleanliness and coordinate with teams for upsell opportunities
- Assist in customer offboarding and ensure accurate billing and subscription processes
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
