Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Success Manager will engage with customers to optimize their experience with DeleteMe's product offerings, focusing on account management, customer retention, and project coordination.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers nearing renewal to ensure a successful renewal process and reduce churn
  • Maintain Salesforce records for data cleanliness and coordinate with teams for upsell opportunities
  • Assist in customer offboarding and ensure accurate billing and subscription processes
Required qualifications
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
