Job Summary
Owning the post-sale customer lifecycle, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage renewals, account expansion, and customer retention for a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 organizations while shaping the Customer Success function within a growing SaaS company.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, and renewal strategy
- Drive upsell and expansion opportunities by identifying new use cases and customer needs
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Proven track record of managing renewals and customer retention in a SaaS environment
- Experience with complex software solutions and managing a large, diverse customer portfolio
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort in executive-level conversations regarding value and ROI
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with Asana and G-Suite
