Job Summary
To support MEP Contractors in achieving their technical and business goals, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage the implementation process, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure successful product adoption and training.
Key responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the implementation process for new accounts
- Proactively engaging users and stakeholders to communicate product value and encourage feature adoption
- Resolving technical issues and drafting client-facing documentation to support customer needs
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS company or MEP shop fabrication
- Deep knowledge of SaaS product implementation and technical acumen
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience in technical writing processes is a plus
- Comfortable giving presentations to diverse audiences
