Job Summary

To support MEP Contractors in achieving their technical and business goals, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage the implementation process, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure successful product adoption and training.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of the implementation process for new accounts
  • Proactively engaging users and stakeholders to communicate product value and encourage feature adoption
  • Resolving technical issues and drafting client-facing documentation to support customer needs
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS company or MEP shop fabrication
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS product implementation and technical acumen
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in technical writing processes is a plus
  • Comfortable giving presentations to diverse audiences
