Job Summary
Driving customer satisfaction and solution adoption, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary strategic partner for Prior Authorization clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the solutions provided.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Prior Authorization customers
- Proactively manage customer health, identify risks, and drive resolution to ensure customer success
- Conduct regular business reviews to communicate value, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Strong customer advocacy mindset
- Experience with healthcare technology or SaaS solutions preferred
