Job Summary

Driving customer satisfaction and solution adoption, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary strategic partner for Prior Authorization clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the solutions provided.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Prior Authorization customers
  • Proactively manage customer health, identify risks, and drive resolution to ensure customer success
  • Conduct regular business reviews to communicate value, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer engagement skills
  • Strong customer advocacy mindset
  • Experience with healthcare technology or SaaS solutions preferred
