Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the remote Associate Customer Success Manager will execute playbook-driven customer interactions, handle inbound requests, and monitor health signals while contributing to the development of processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute onboarding sequences, health checks, and proactive outreach for new customers in the scale segment
- Resolve inbound customer requests using established processes and document outcomes effectively
- Monitor automated alerts and health signals, escalating issues as necessary while participating in customer engagement activities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in support, success, or account management
- At least 1 year of exposure to the security industry, including operations or incident response
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as MDR, EDR, and SIEM
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, queue-based work environment requiring frequent context-switching
- Strong written communication skills and active listening abilities
