Job Summary
To support enterprise clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage post-contract activation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management while acting as a trusted advisor for complex technical implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare presentations and support the Business Development team during pre-sales engagement
- Coordinate post-contract activation processes and facilitate technical key ceremonies for clients
- Deliver structured onboarding sessions and manage client-specific system configurations
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in the financial services sector with a focus on client onboarding or technical implementation
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, or Solution Consulting for complex software
- Familiarity with complex security concepts such as Key Ceremonies and policy engines
- Exceptional ability to lead live sessions and cross-functional calls with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multi-week onboarding projects
