Job Summary

To support enterprise clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage post-contract activation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management while acting as a trusted advisor for complex technical implementations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare presentations and support the Business Development team during pre-sales engagement
  • Coordinate post-contract activation processes and facilitate technical key ceremonies for clients
  • Deliver structured onboarding sessions and manage client-specific system configurations
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the financial services sector with a focus on client onboarding or technical implementation
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, or Solution Consulting for complex software
  • Familiarity with complex security concepts such as Key Ceremonies and policy engines
  • Exceptional ability to lead live sessions and cross-functional calls with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multi-week onboarding projects
