Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of strategic agency partners, the full-time Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact for high-value partnerships, fostering exceptional customer experiences and driving adoption of the platform in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing relationships with strategic agency partners
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions with senior stakeholders to optimize content visibility and performance
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure alignment on priorities and value drivers for each partner
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, particularly with agency holding companies, GSIs, or consulting firms
- Deep understanding of large, matrixed agency organizations and their operational dynamics
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-suite contacts
- Experience in global or multi-market account management, coordinating strategy across regions
- A builder mentality with a focus on creating scalable solutions and efficiencies
