Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of strategic agency partners, the full-time Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact for high-value partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic agency partners, delivering exceptional service and building executive-level partnerships
- Translate platform data into tailored strategic recommendations to drive improvements in AI Search visibility for partners
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and training sessions to optimize content visibility and drive adoption across multiple markets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably with agency holding companies, GSIs, or consulting firms
- Deep understanding of large, matrixed agency organizations and their operational dynamics
- Proven experience managing relationships with senior leadership and C-suite contacts
- Experience in global or multi-market account management
- A builder mentality with a track record of developing scalable solutions and processes
