Job Summary
Focused on customer enablement and onboarding, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, ensure engagement and service delivery milestones are met, and collaborate with the Account Director to prepare quarterly business reviews and monitor account health.
Key responsibilities
- Own the customer onboarding process from initial training to adoption, ensuring clients understand the value of services
- Continuously monitor customer health and escalate any risks or changes as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of sold solutions and ensure timely delivery to clients
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-based account model
- Experience in onboarding, training, and educating customers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights
- Familiarity with digital accessibility, compliance, or adjacent SaaS markets is a plus
