Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of employer customers, providing exceptional onboarding and ongoing management while advocating for the use of modern tools to enhance their benefit administration processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, addressing all account needs
- Onboard and implement new employer customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sign-up to account funding
- Increase customer loyalty and drive revenue by cross-selling additional Lively products to existing clients
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management roles
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support to B2B clients
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products to meet revenue goals
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance customer experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
