Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of retail and e-commerce clients, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, retention, and performance optimization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure successful implementation of services
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive product enhancements
Required qualifications
