Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of retail and e-commerce clients, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, retention, and performance optimization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure successful implementation of services
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive product enhancements
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector
- Strong understanding of connected TV advertising and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients
- Experience with CRM software and customer engagement tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
