Job Summary

To support the growth of emerging businesses, the full-time salaried Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of emerging business clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support
  • Drive product adoption and utilization by providing training and resources tailored to client needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Connected TV advertising and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive customer insights and improvements
  • Experience with CRM software and customer engagement tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
