Job Summary
Leading the Customer Success function for Relo, the full-time remote Manager, Customer Success will manage a small team while also directly engaging with a portfolio of merchants to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable value from the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Customer Success professionals while maintaining direct customer engagement
- Own customer retention and satisfaction metrics, ensuring clients achieve ROI from Relo
- Build and improve Customer Success processes and workflows to enhance operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Previous experience leading or mentoring Customer Success team members
- Experience driving customer retention and managing complex customer relationships
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows
