Job Summary
To support high-growth customers in the Emerging Business/Mid-Market segment, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth through strategic partnership and data-driven insights, with opportunities for remote work available.
Key responsibilities
- Develop success plans aligned to customer goals and act as a trusted advisor on best practices
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers through a combination of tech-touch and targeted interactions
- Drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities while monitoring customer health to mitigate churn risk
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and strategies to drive adoption and retention
- Proficiency in using data and insights to inform customer engagement and growth strategies
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize based on strategic importance and growth potential
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on long-term customer success
