Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will guide clients through onboarding, monitor product adoption, and ensure ongoing value from the software while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead new customer onboarding and conduct regular check-ins to monitor account health
- Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop retention plans
Required qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or similar)
- Fluency in English and a strong, reliable internet connection
- Interest in building a career in Customer Success within SaaS or legal technology
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and exposure to Customer Success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero is a plus
- Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn the SaaS customer lifecycle
