Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time Customer Success Manager will serve as a strategic consultant to clients, helping them design and measure personalized video programs while driving platform adoption and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant to customers, assisting in the design, delivery, and measurement of personalized video programs
- Inspire initial adoption and ongoing usage of the platform for new and existing customers
- Grow customer lifetime value through adoption, sustained usage, satisfaction, and Net Promoter Scores
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer success experience across Enterprise accounts
- Experience running executive business reviews and building mutual success plans
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and performance attribution methodologies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion quotas
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, including C-level executives
