Job Summary
To support a rapidly expanding team, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will be responsible for client adoption, retention, and upsells while fostering strong relationships and ensuring customers realize value from the GoFan platform.
Key responsibilities
- Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback to improve service delivery
- Manage all post-sale activities for clients, leveraging product knowledge and relationship-building skills
- Track accounts to identify churn risk and implement strategies to mitigate it
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role
- Background in account management and/or sales is preferred
- Proven track record of delivering value to clients
- Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
