Job Summary
As a key member of the Managed Services team, the remote Customer Success Manager will advocate for clients, ensuring their desired outcomes are achieved through the successful delivery of solutions while focusing on account growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer, aligning Quisitive solutions with client business needs
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand and promote their desired outcomes
- Manage service delivery and resource allocation, addressing any issues or escalations as necessary
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project, account, and/or customer management experience with a track record of achieving client growth targets
- Level 100-200 understanding of Microsoft cloud products from a business user perspective
- Experience working with IT and business decision-makers
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain Microsoft technical certifications within the first three months
